Breaking the Ice #128 – The Unobtainable

I still haven’t seen AVATAR, but I had the idea for this strip when I heard the “MacGuffin” the humans were after in the movie.  Admittedly, not the greatest joke I’ve ever written but I had the urge to make Mick and Ari into Na’vi.

The thing that struck me most about this strip is how much, apparently, my drawing style was influenced by the Smurfs!  Unsettling, really.

    Yeah I kinda like how they look in blue too. I may have to change the color palette for the strip :)
